The BCX.4cs-ag is our central electronics unit that combines the advantages of a central electrical system and an electronic control unit in one device. It meets the high requirements for shock and vibration resistance to the same extent as our control units and is predestined for use in harsh environments (e.g., in towed agricultural equipment) thanks to the IP6K9 sealed housing. The module can be installed in inaccessible places because no electromechanical components are used. This also enables efficient switching, diagnostics, protection, and distribution of electrical power in the smallest of spaces and with minimal installation effort. Like all our control units, the BCX.4cs-ag can of course be integrated into an existing or new vehicle network.
The BCX.4cs-ag is designed as a central on-board control unit for agricultural implements with and without ISOBUS. It handles the protection, distribution, switching and control of the electrical energy on these implements.
Thanks to the certified ISOBUS hardware, nothing stands in the way of operation on the ISOBUS. Alternatively, the BCX.4cs-ag can be operated via a separate display.
In addition to protecting the individual circuits, larger loads, such as lights and motors, can also be switched or controlled directly. Software-configurable multifunctional inputs are available for reading in signals on the attachment.
The BCX.4cs-ag integrates central electrics and control for the attachment in one device. We achieve this by combining our experience in the development of central electrical systems with our many years of experience in the development and series production of control electronics. This enables us to offer on-board power supply control units that meet all performance and quality requirements. By using proven modules, the new product is compatible with our portfolio and our toolchain. For the user, this means the use of know-how across different functional levels.
