The Group currently has five business segments: seeding equipment, irrigation equipment, forage equipment, electronic assembly & IoT, and digital agriculture.
It has six production and R&D subsidiaries located in Yizhuang (Beijing), Jiamusi (Heilongjiang), Wuhu (Anhui), Udine (Italy), Harare (Zimbabwe), and Moses Lake (Washington State, the United States).
In 2016, the Group fully acquired Tonutti, a 150-year-old Italian forage equipment manufacturer.
The Group owns three well-known brands: Debont (2011), Tonutti (1864), and Wolagri (1890).
Its products are sold to more than 140 countries and regions worldwide, with over 300 agents globally.
